The Hoord guarantee
It helps you, or it is free.
Use your kit for up to 30 days. If it is not what you needed, write to us with your order number and we refund the full price to your original payment method. No forms and no questions. Some kits add an extra guarantee of their own; when they do, it is on their page.
Questions
Before you buy.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every kit is a one-time payment. You will never be charged again unless you buy something else.
How and when do I receive my kit?
By email, a few minutes after payment, at the address you entered at checkout. The email has your download link or access page.
I paid but the email has not arrived.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, write to us with the email you used at checkout and we will send it again, usually the same day.
What name will appear on my bank statement?
The charge may appear under the name of our payment partner, GROOWLY, rather than The Hoord. If you do not recognise a charge, write to us before contacting your bank and we will sort it out.
Can I print and edit the files?
Yes. Kits are delivered as PDF, editable documents or spreadsheets, depending on the kit. You can print them as many times as you need for your own use or your own practice.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and are never seen or stored by us.
Who is behind The Hoord?
The Hoord is a small digital publishing brand run by The Foorge, a company registered in Andorra (NRT F-421429-V). A real person reads and answers every message.
